MODSTEEL is also manufactures cold formed light gauge steel construction profiles. Solar panel support profiles, U Profile, C Profile and additionally PVC windows and doors support profiles are in our production range. Also we produce gypsum board profiles.

Basically C and U shape profiles can be used in roof truss, facade caldding, construction and partition walls. Also U profile and Z shape steel profiles can be used in warehouse cladding connections. Additionally it can support Sandwich panels or trapezoidal steel sheets.

Beside this we produce different shape and forms in our roll form machinery line. Some of our profile forms are C, U, CEE, ZEE, SIGMA, and SIGMA +. Always all manufacturing stages done  with full automatic roll-form technology in the factory environment. Therefore we follow ISO and EN standards in our production.

Inner radius in all 90°corners is minimum 3 mm in our profiles. All our dimensions are comply with TS EN 1993-1-3 standards.

On the other hand manufacturing can be done with different steel raw material qualities depending on customer wishes; S390GD + Z / S350GD + Z / DX51D + Z / S235 JR / S355 JR.
