Steel & PTFE Bearings Delivered!

We supplied PTFE bearings included with steel frame to Egypt Stadium project. Cairo Stadium is one of the significant structure in the region. It is an honor for us as MODSTEEL to be part of this project. First batch of the bearings delivered and second batch will be ship in coming days. In the same time site construction continues.

We used S355 and C45 steel quality bearings in this project. These bearing is a connection element between the space truss and structural concrete & steel columns. Some of them are fixed type and some of them are free type bearings. Inside of the steel frame we use very special PTFE material which will be durable for years against huge loads of the roof.

We assist also in all the design parts to other contractors for space truss system and structural systems. Generally superposing all design parts in this kind of projects is very important. MODSTEEL qualified engineering team finished this project on time with optimum project management.

Also we get 3rd party inspection during the all manufacturing process. Bureau Veritas made the all inspection works in this project beside of the consultant company.
