Key Technical Features:
- Corrosion and Fire Resistance: First and foremost, all metal components are galvanized or painted, and wooden parts are treated with special impregnation agents, ensuring both fire resistance and an extended service life.
- Advanced Sandwich Construction: In addition, the shelter walls are constructed using 100mm-thick polyurethane-insulated sandwich panels, which offer excellent insulation and fire resistance. The surface remains smooth and free of any visible imperfections, ensuring a high-quality finish.
- IP65 Standards Compliance: Moreover, the shelter is fully water and dust-proof, meeting or exceeding IP65 standards. This ensures that sensitive equipment stays protected in all weather conditions, offering reliability and peace of mind.
- Comprehensive Electrical Setup: Each shelter also comes with a fully integrated AC power distribution box (PDU), waterproof plugs, and lighting. Our team handled all the necessary documentation and agreements with local electricity providers, making sure everything is ready for smooth integration.
- Fiber Optic Raceway System: Moreover, the shelter further includes flexible options for the Fiber Optic Raceway System, accommodating either 4×12 inch or 4×24 inch dimensions to suit the project’s specific requirements.
- Duct Inlets: Lastly, 40mm duct inlets are near the ground, allowing easy integration with the fiber raceway system.
This project clearly highlights our ability to deliver customized telecom solutions that not only meet the specific needs of our clients but also maintain strict technical specifications. Furthermore, we are excited to actively support OpenNet’s mission to expand telecommunications infrastructure across Georgia by providing both telecom shelter and data centers.
As we move forward, stay tuned for more updates as we continue driving innovation in the telecom industry!
